The Reiz is a mid sized sedan from Toyota Motor Corp. The car is lsod by its name Riez only in China. It is sold in Japan and other countries by the name Mark X. Mark X is the successor to the older MarkII series from Toyota which was first launched in 1968 and was in production till 2004 when it was replaced with the Mark X. MArk X features a plethora of new features added to the older MarkII. The MarkX, although aimed for the mid section buyers, the car features interiors and technology that is good enough for a luxury car. In fact is is compared with the likes of Lexus IS250. The car comes fitted with a choice of 2.5L or 3.0L V6 engine with dual VVT-i technology. The car comes with rear wheel drive and all wheel variant. The former has a 6 speed automatic transmission and the latter is equipped with a 5 speed auto. The Mark X has an aggressive sporty look and comes fitted with strong and reliable GR series of V6 engines from Toyota. The interiors are plush and rich. The car gives the look of a luxury sports vehicle. The MarkX is sold as Toyota Riez in China with minor modifications, the engine and transmission being unchanged.
